Refund policy

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

 

EXCHANGES:

We accept exchanges for products up to 30 days of delivery, for example if the size does not fit. Please contact us with your order number and let us know the item you wish to exchange.

If there is a difference in product price when exchanging, we will refund or charge you the difference.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged product.
